The night before

Well, we are finally finished packing and unpacking and repacking. Thanks to Melissa, I have several less pairs of shoes, jeans, sweaters, jackets. It was ridiculous. My suitcase is much lighter and I am in no danger of paying extra for over 50 lbs. It also felt liberating to get rid of the excess. I know that whenever I go away I seem to wear the same outfit over and over.
I've never been to London or Paris. We are all so excited for the first ever Europe trip-at least first for Nic and I. We are off at 8:15 in the morning. Hopefully I'll get some sleep tonight, but it's doubtful-usually the night before is filled with dreams of "what did I forget?" Next time, I'll be chatting from London. Cheerio!

Ack! The pressure is on to be right about convincing you to shed some of the extra baggage. Eeek! I do hope your postcard is filled with good thoughts and not that a list of what you should have brought! :-)
Pip pip, cherrio and all that rot!
